Booking: We book parties on a first-come, first-served basis.  Please book your party at least one month in advance to reserve

the date and time of your party.  To book, contact us via email or phone.  

 

Deposit:  A non-refundable deposit is required in order to reserve your date and time.  Acceptable payment methods include

cash, check, credit card, or PayPal.  Full payment may be made in advance.   

 

Payment:  On the day of the party, you can complete your payment with cash only.  We ask that you have the cash balance readily

available upon your entertainer's departure.  Our entertainers are running on a schedule and, unfortunately, do not have time to wait. For your convenience, balances can also be paid with cash, check, credit card, or PayPal up to a week prior to the date of your event. Please keep in mind that we do not carry change.   

 

Location:  Please note that all package prices are based on events within 12 miles of our 11010 Nassau location. Travel fees will

apply to any venue outside of this radius. This will include travel fees plus any Toll or Tunnel fees as well.  For any event over an hour from our location, we require a minimum booking of 90 minutes.  

 

Liability:  We strictly provide entertainment.  Please be aware that all children will need adult supervision.  We will always treat

 your venue with the utmost respect and care.  However, we cannot be held responsible for accidental damage caused by a guest or held liable if any children are injured during an event.  

 

Holidays:  Events can be scheduled on holidays (New Year's Eve/ Day, Valentine's Day, Good Friday, Easter, Memorial Day, July

4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve/ Day) for an additional cost.  Bookings must be a minimum of 90 minutes.  

 

Cancellation:  While your deposit is non-refundable, it can be used as a credit towards another party if held within 60 days of the

original party date.  Given ample notice, we will work with you to arrange an alternate party date.  Last minute cancellations will require payment in full.
